Only baked goods, no sauces, no jellies, no other food items, no drinks of any type; Simply home baked goods, such as cookies, breads, cakes, etc. Home bakers must follow the Texas Cottage Food Industry Law HB 970? No Cheesecakes, Flan, Tres Leches, Pumpkin Pies, Cream pies, Meringue pies and Custard pies as they are not allowed to be sold by a home baker under the Cottage Food Industry Law HB 970, so please do not plan on selling them at the event.
